Two new Asharoken village trustees will be sworn in Friday at Village Hall.

The two — Mary P. Pierce, known as Pam, and Joseph L. Catanzano — replace outgoing Trustees John Elefante and Peter Masterson, who served as deputy mayor.

Pierce and Catanzano ran unopposed in last week’s election on the Quality of Life line, which was started by Mayor Pat Irving.

The new trustees will be sworn in by Village Justice Charles Brown at 7:30 p.m.
