Ashley Tisdale marries Christopher French

Singer-actressAshley Tisdale married Christopher French on Monday, the bride announced Tuesday with wedding photos on Instagram, Newsday contributor Frank Lovece reports. "Best day of my life! Introducing Mr. and Mrs. French," Tisdale, 29, wrote in her first post. Best known for her role as Sharpay Evans in the Disney Channel's three "High School Musical" telefilms, she first stepped out publicly with French, lead singer of the band Annie Automatic, in December 2012. They became engaged the following August. This is the first marriage for both.
