Assemb. Dan Losquadro (R-Shoreham) is combining an open house at his new Riverhead district office with a food drive for the upcoming holidays.

The event runs Nov. 1-4 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

“I want residents to feel comfortable in reaching out to my office,” Losquadro said in a news release. “I am hopeful that by hosting this open house we will give residents a chance to meet me and my staff and to become familiar with our new office location.”

The assemblyman, whose district runs from Miller Place across the entire North Fork, is asking those who drop by to bring canned goods for the Island Harvest food drive. Items of need include peanut butter, pasta, cereals, dry milk, baby formula, spices, coffee, personal care items and nutritional beverages.

The office is at 400 West Main St., Suite 201. The office can be reached by phone at 631-727-0204 or email at losquadrod@assembly.state.ny.us.
