Residents of West Babylon, Copiague, Babylon Village, Amityville and Venetian Shores are invited to a Community Reconstruction Zone workshop Thursday night for comments and questions on a plan to rebuild after superstorm Sandy.

The event is part of the New York Rising Reconstruction Program. Its focus is infrastructure and community resources, not individual homes.

Residents can drop in anytime between 6 and 9 p.m. at American Legion Hall, 22 Grove Place in Babylon Village.
