The Town of Babylon has rescheduled Tuesday ’s planned town board meeting to next week.

The meeting, which was to have been held at 7 p.m., has been pushed back to Oct. 9 at 3:30 p.m.

Town spokesman Tim Ruggeri said the meeting is being changed because of scheduling conflicts for several board members.

The meeting was to have been the second of the town’s two night meetings held each year. Ruggeri said he was unsure whether another night meeting would be held before the end of the year.
