Babylon Village to accept household pollutants
Babylon Village residents who need to safely get rid of household pollutants can drop them off Saturday, Sept. 24, at the Sanitation Department at Village Hall.
The list of acceptable substances includes, but is not limited to, latex and oil-based paints, car batteries, household cleaners and used motor oil.
Drop-off hours are 9 a.m. to noon.
