Baldwin wins LIC

Baldwin won its first Long Island championship with a 44-31 win over Deer Park in the Long Class AA championship/Southeast Regional final at Hofstra. Keira Corbin scored 15, Alex Hampton scored 11, and Katie Greene added 10 points.

Baldwin (20-1) will play will play the winner of Cicero-North Syracuse-Shaker in the state semifinals Friday 8 p.m. at Hudson Valley Community in Troy.
