His touchdown in the third quarter from five yards out was his 27th rushing touchdown of the season and 30th overall.
"Stacey has always played great in big games all season long," Floyd coach Paul Longo said.
"He plays hard on both sides of the ball and he's picked up right where he left off."
Cornerback Devante Smith had five tackles, an interception and a forced fumble. Linebacker Marc Coles led the defense with eight tackles.
Lindenhurst (5-4) scored on a 45-yard field goal by Vin Valela.
Floyd will play at No. 2 Longwood on Friday at 3 p.m. in the semifinals. The Colonials were beaten by the Lions, 14-12, on Sept. 17.
"We had a great game the first time we played them," Longo said of Longwood. "It's two different styles but we're evenly matched. I expect it to be a close game."
