"My husband and I designed the house after looking at two other homes -- they both had that Cape Cod feel," says seller Tracey Tetrault. "I kind of fell in love with that coziness."

The study was created with built-in cherrywood work stations where the kids could do their homework. Pillars were put in to give the exterior a comfortable and inviting environment.

"There are a lot of places for groups, but a lot of little places to curl up," says Tetrault.
