Thought all of the "Hamptons" were the same? Not according to Curbed Hamptons readers, who named Sag Harbor the 2010 Curbed Cup neighborhood of the year.

Curbed, a real estate blog, slated eight South Fork communities against one another and asked readers to vote in a bracket-style competition it runs annually. The nominees included hamlets from Water Mill to Montauk, including Gardiners Island.

In the end, Sag Harbor took the prize, beating out Montauk by seven votes, according to Curbed, which cited a “vibrant real estate market” and “top-notch eateries” as reasons for the win.
