Board of Regents is making bad decisions
The New York State Board of Regents is considering charging school districts a fee for Regents exams ["Regents fee mulled," News, Dec. 9]. Maybe it can hold off until taxpayers finish paying for the obsolete Math A and Math B textbooks that went into the Dumpster.
