Brianna Padilla, from Walt Whitman High School, has been with the Dance Program for 3 years and has demonstrated a willingness to try new experiences and explore creative avenues. With a steadfast approach to excellence academically and artistically, she has become a confident, self-disciplined, and talented dancer with wonderful musicality, technical ability and creativity.

Brianna has studied ballet, modern dance, dance history, and dance composition, and has performed in five musicals. Brianna’s accomplishments in dance are only surpassed by the depth of her personal characteristics and matched by her academic strengths. Taking AP classes in science and history, she has achieved the level of High Honor Roll every quarter of her high school career.

She has been awarded the Minds & Motion Award for three years recognizing her athletic and academic achievement. She is a member of the National Honor Society, the Spanish Honor Society, and will be inducted into the National Honor Society for Dance Arts this year.
