At its March 24 meeting, the board:

East Patchogue: Granted Dena Agnetti Promutico a rear-yard variance for proposed one-story residence addition, south side of Maple Drive, west of Southern Boulevard.

Patchogue: Granted Frank Poore a certificate of existing use for two one-family dwellings on one parcel; also a height variance for existing 6-foot high fence in front yard (Risley Road), northwest corner of William Street and Risley Road, south of Log Road.

Selden: Granted Matthew DeGarcia a front-yard setback variance for existing roofed-over porch with steps; side-yard variances for existing roofed-over patio and wood deck; also, permission for existing one-story residence addition and finished basement on a 50-foot lot (extension of

nonconforming use), south side

of Cedarhurst Avenue, east of Evergreen Drive.

Sound Beach: Granted Kevin Nowaski permission for proposed second-story residence addition creating the entire second-floor area exceeding the 600 square feet permitted, (east side of Block Island Drive, north of Ronkonkoma Drive.

Centereach: Granted Albert Bergmann a front-yard setback variance for existing roofed-over porch exceeding the 4 feet by 8 feet permitted (4 feet by 12.8 feet); also, a side-yard variance for existing wood platform, east side of

Hammond Lane, north of Callan Lane.

Mastic Beach: Granted Thomas Rosiak a front-yard setback variance for existing deck exceeding the 4 feet by 8 feet permitted (5.9 feet by 21.6-feet), south side of Sherwood Drive, east of Flower Road.

Medford: Granted Ziqiri S. Barolli a front-yard setback variance for existing roofed-over porch exceeding 4 feet by 8 feet permitted (6.4 feet by 18.8 feet), north side of Greenport Avenue, west of Oregon Avenue.
