He made it look easy.

Greg Cappello of Oyster Bay passed along this video of his 92-year-old grandfather, Mannie "Poppy" Cappello, running in this past weekend's 5k race at Eisenhower Park in East Meadow ahead of the Long Island Marathon.

Mannie says in the video that during the race he wasn't sure if he could finish, but then his stamina returned. "You never give up," he says, "you just never give up."

You said it, Mannie.
