Center Moriches loses close one
Center Moriches led for most of the game and almost pulled off a huge upset against defending state and Federation champion Irvington, but lost 58-51 in the Class B Southeast Regional final at SUNY-New Paltz.
Center Moriches led 51-48 with 2:35 left. Irvington ended the game on a 10-0 run.
