The seminar is “designed to educate homeowners who are experiencing difficulties with their mortgage lenders,” Zeldin said in a statement. The seminar will “equip them with the tools necessary to deal with those difficulties.”
Topics up for discussion include short sales, loan modification options, forbearance and mortgage redemption, Zeldin said in the statement.
The seminar will take place in the student cafeteria of the school, 85 Wheeler Rd.
The session lasts from 6 to 9 p.m. It is free and open to the public.
