Chaminade's John McDaid sports patriotic footwear during a non-league varsity boys' lacrosse game against Manhasset High School. The spikes, according to Chaminade head coach Jack Moran, were provided by Under Armour and worn to honor the memory of U.S. Army Sergeant James Regan, a Manhasset native and Chaminade graduate who died in 2007 while serving in Iraq.
