Chanting and support outside Penn Station
More than 50 people walked in a circle outside Penn Station at 8:30 a.m., holding signs supporting the union strike.
“Union Strong” and “No contract No work,” read some of the signs.
“What do we want,” shouted one of the picketers.
“Contract,” the other workers responded.
“When do we want it?”, he shouted again.
“Now,” they said in reply.
Some bystanders cheered for the workers. One woman said, “go unions!”
