Charles Kelly, of Patchogue, killed in 1-car crash on Waverly Avenue
A Patchogue man has been killed in a one-car crash.
Police say Charles Kelly, 49, was driving on Waverly Avenue in Patchogue just after 10 p.m. when the incident happened.
According to police, Kelly somehow lost control of his car, swerved off the road and hit a tree.
Kelly was pronounced dead at Brookhaven Memorial Hospital a short time later.
