1. St. Anthony's (2-0)
The Friars have started the season as well as could be expected. They beat Holy Trinity in the season opener and looked to be in mid-season form in Friday's 17-6 win over Manhasset. Annie Heagerty scored six goals, Stephanie Paloscio and Alexis Nicolia each added three, and Tori Holland made seven saves. St. Anthony's has another challenge on Saturday when Chatham visits from Jer-z.

2. Sacred Heart (2-0)
The Spartans have impressed in both their victories - the most recent, Tuesday's 16-9 win over Suffern from upstate. Becky Conto had four goals and an assist, Meghan Breen and Maggie Comiskey each added three goals, and Emma Salter had 11 saves. They'll face North Shore on April 5.

3. St. John the Baptist (2-0)
The Cougars beat Kellenberg, 16-11, in their season opener and then topped Friends Academy, 20-8, in non-league the next day. Sophomore Kaitlyn Montalbano had a career-high eight goals and three assists, and Morgan Jaycox added six goals and three assists in the win over the Quakers. SJB could be an exciting team with its high-scoring young trio of Montalbano, Jaycox and Jill May.

4. Kellenberg (1-1)
After an impressive win over Long Island Lutheran to start the season, the Firebirds took a tough "L" to St. John the Baptist. Sarah Croutier (four goals), Taylor Casey and Michelle Goss (three goals each) did have good games in the loss, though.

5. Long Island Lutheran (4-1)
The Crusaders have won three straight since the loss to Kellenberg. Last week they beat Mary Louis Academy, 20-5, and then Cadinal Spellman, 16-1. Corolyn Dottino totaled eight goals and five assists, and Nicole Sinacori had eight goals in the two wins.
