Civic meetings in Shoreham, Sound Beach
The Shoreham Civic Organization will meet at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 16 at Leisure Glen, a retirement community on Randall Road.
Master planner Lee Koppelman will speak about the Route 25A Corridor Study and the future growth of the area, according to a news release.
Most meetings are on the third Wednesday of each month at Miller Avenue School, 3 Miller Ave. Meeting information is available on line at shorehamcivic.com.
The Sound Beach Civic Association will meet at 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 14 at the Sound Beach Fire Department, 152 Sound Beach Blvd., second floor. The speaker will be Brookhaven Highway Superintendent John Rouse. For more information, call 631-744-6952 or visit soundbeachcivics.org.
