Clapton benefit at MSG to help drug clinic
Eric Clapton is closing out his 2013 tour with a star-filled, two-night Crossroads Guitar Festival at Madison Square Garden on April 12-13. Performers include the Allman Brothers Band, B.B. King, Jeff Beck, John Mayer, Buddy Guy, Booker T and many more. Tickets go on sale Nov. 30 at Ticketmaster. "The Crossroads Festival is the realization of a dream for me, to gather a group of amazingly talented musicians to perform on one stage," Clapton said in a statement. The fest will benefit The Crossroads Centre in Antigua, a treatment and education facility founded by Clapton for the chemically dependent.
