Jim McCabe, a guidance counselor at Harborfields High School, was shown in a photograph on Pages A2-3 Wednesday with two students. The caption misidentified him.

A photo yesterday showed North Hempstead Town's second pumpout boat, currently under construction. The caption incorrectly described the boat. The photo was taken by town photographer John Meehan. The credit was incorrect.

New York City mayoral candidate George McDonald is 68. His age was misstated in Dan Janison's column Wednesday.
