The name of Cynthia Shor, executive director of the Walt Whitman Birthplace State Historic Site, was misspelled in a story and photo caption Monday.

Bishop Orlando Findlayter, whose arrest prompted a call to police officials by New York Mayor Bill de Blasio, was a member of the mayor's inaugural committee but not his transition committee. A story Wednesday listed both.
