Cowboys improve to 4-1 by beating Texans in OT
Tony Romo and Dez Bryant connected on a spectacular 37-yard pass to set up Dan Bailey's 49-yard field goal in overtime as the host Cowboys beat the Texans, 20-17, Sunday after blowing a 10-point lead in the fourth quarter.
Dallas (4-1) has won four in a row for the first time since 2011.
The Texans (3-2) rallied behind Arian Foster, who ran for 157 yards. NFL rushing leader DeMarco Murray had 136 yards for Dallas.
Browns 29, Titans 28
Brian Hoyer threw a 6-yard TD pass to Travis Benjamin with 1:09 left, capping a comeback from a 25-point deficit, a Browns record and the biggest road rally in NFL history. Cleveland (2-2) ended a seven-game skid away from home and dropped Tennessee to 1-4.
Patriots 43, Bengals 17
Tom Brady became the sixth quarterback in NFL history to throw for 50,000 yards and passed for two scores as the host Patriots (3-2) rebounded from a rout by the Chiefs to crush the Bengals (3-1).
Saints 37, Bucs 31
Khiry Robinson's 18-yard TD run in OT saved the host Saints (2-3), who had trailed 31-20. Two of Drew Brees' three picks set up touchdowns for the Bucs (1-4).
Broncos 41, Cardinals 20
Peyton Manning threw for four TDs, moving within five of Brett Favre's record of 508. Demaryius Thomas had a team-record 226 receiving yards and two TDs for host Denver (3-1). Third-stringer Logan Stuart threw a TD pass for Arizona (3-1) after Drew Stanton suffered a possible concussion.
49ers 22, Chiefs 17
Phil Dawson kicked five field goals, hitting from 55 and 52 yards, and host San Francisco (3-2) held off former 49ers quarterback Alex Smith and the Chiefs (2-3).
Panthers 31, Bears 24
Cam Newton threw two TD passes to Greg Olsen as the host Panthers (3-2) erased a 14-point deficit against Chicago (2-3).
Colts 20, Ravens 13
Andrew Luck ran for a 13-yard score as the host Colts (3-2) won their third straight. Baltimore (3-2) lost for the first time since Week 1.
Eagles 34, Rams 28
The host Eagles (4-1) wasted most of a 34-7 lead before holding off a late drive by St. Louis (1-3).
Steelers 17, Jaguars 9
Brice McCain had a 22-yard pick-6 for the Steelers (3-2) as the host Jaguars fell to 0-5.
