Cameron Cullen scored all 11 points in the second overtime to lead East Islip over Newfield, 63-59, Saturday in a League III boys basketball game.

In the first overtime session, Cullen scored six of the Redmen's eight points. The senior scored 31 of his career-high 33 points in the second half and added 12 rebounds.

"Cameron has been a three-year varsity player but he's come into his own as a senior and turned into a great all-around player," East Islip coach Rob Schwenner said of his 6-5 power forward. "He wanted us to win badly and he was in position to lift us, and he took care of it. He made some great moves to the basket, hit [two] threes."

Evan Maxwell added 13 points and nine rebounds.

Nana Nsiahyeboah scored 14 points for Newfield, which fell to 5-1.

"Both teams have been on a roll and we have a lot of respect for each other," Schwender said. "I just feel fortunate we've been able to take care of business in the league."
