Delays, cancellations continue at airports

The tristate area continued to experience airline delays and cancellations Tuesday morning due to weather conditions, including 55 delays and 426 cancellations at Kennedy Airport, according to website Flight Aware as of 6:30 a.m.
At LaGuardia Airport, the website listed 14 delays and 447 cancellations. There were 29 delays and 476 cancellations reported at Newark Liberty International Airport. The figures were changing rapidly.
On Long Island, MacArthur Airport in Ronkonkoma listed six departing flights cancelled, and four arriving flights cancelled for its Tuesday schedule on its website.
