Nick Foles threw two touchdown passes in the second half as the host Eagles rallied from a 17-0 deficit.
Jacksonville's Allen Hurns became the first player to catch two touchdown passes in the first quarter of his NFL debut. Hurns scored the first two times Chad Henne targeted him.
Bills 23, Bears 20
Dan Carpenter kicked a 27-yard field goal in overtime after Fred Jackson's 38-yard run to the 1 as the Bills pulled off an upset at Soldier Field.
Jackson, 33, ran for only 61 yards, but he came through at the end. "I am old,'' he said, "but I can still play."
Bengals 23, Ravens 16
A.J. Green caught a 77-yard pass from Andy Dalton for the winning score after the Bengals blew a 15-0 lead on the road. Green's TD came 48 seconds after Baltimore's Steve Smith caught an 80-yard touchdown pass from Joe Flacco.
49ers 28, Cowboys 17
Colin Kaepernick threw two touchdown passes to Vernon Davis, one right after the first of three interceptions by Tony Romo, as San Francisco overpowered host Dallas.
The 49ers scored on Chris Culliver's 35-yard fumble return on the game's second play. They led 21-3 after a quarter despite running only four offensive plays.
Texans 17, Redskins 6
Rookie Alfred Blue blocked a punt and returned it for a touchdown, and J.J. Watt had a sack, blocked an extra point and recovered a fumble as host Houston ended a 14-game losing streak.
Texans rookie Jadeveon Clowney, the first overall pick, left the game with a knee injury. Multiple reports said the Texans were concerned that a torn right meniscus will sideline him 4-6 weeks.
Vikings 34, Rams 6
Wide receiver Cordarrelle Patterson ran for 102 yards on three carries, including a 67-yard TD off a pitchout, as Minnesota dominated on the road for new coach Mike Zimmer.
Titans 26, Chiefs 10
Jake Locker threw for 266 yards and two scores, while Kansas City's Alex Smith was intercepted three times. The host Chiefs lost two key defensive players, linebacker Derrick Johnson and former Jets lineman Mike DeVito, for the season with torn Achilles tendons.
Panthers 20, Bucs 14
Carolina's Derek Anderson filled in nicely for injured Cam Newton, passing for 230 yards and two touchdowns. Despite rallying with two late touchdown, it was an ugly debut for the host Bucs under coach Lovie Smith.
