Eric Trump posts photo of completed ballot, removes Tweet

A screen shot of an Eric Trump tweet on Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2016, showing a completed ballot. The tweet has since been deleted.
Although Eric Trump missed out on the chance to vote for his father, Donald, in the New York primary in April, he apparently didn’t miss out on his chance on Election Day.
However, in the process, he did something that’s illegal in New York.
At 6:56 a.m., he posted a photo of part of his completed ballot on Twitter showing he cast a vote for his father, along with “It is an incredible honor to vote for my father!”
Under New York election law, it is a misdemeanor for voters to share their completed ballot with others, punishable by up to a year in jail and a $1,000 fine.
Eric Trump has since deleted the Tweet.
