North Shore residents in low-lying and storm-surge areas, including portions of the Port Washington peninsula, East Island and Shore Road in Glen Cove and parts of the villages of Bayville, Oyster Bay and Oyster Bay Cove, by 5 p.m. Saturday.

Cedar Beach peninsula in Mount Sinai.

East Moriches south of East Moriches Boulevard in the Newport Beach community.
