South of Sunrise Highway from the Queens line to Rockville Centre, including the barrier islands, and south of Merrick Road, from Rockville Centre to the Suffolk border, by 5 p.m. Saturday.

North Shore residents in low-lying and storm-surge areas, including portions of the Port Washington peninsula, East Island and Shore Road in Glen Cove and parts of the villages of Bayville, Oyster Bay and Oyster Bay Cove, by 5 p.m. Saturday.
