The Suffolk County Parks Foundation, in an effort to showcase potential opportunities for residents, is hosting its first “Volunteer Opportunity Expo” tomorrow .

The event will be held at the West Sayville Country Club, 200 Montauk Hwy., from 6 to 9 p.m. and is free and open to the public.

The night will feature presentations by more than 50 organizations including the Great South Bay Audubon Society, the Long Island Maritime Museum and the Long Island Radio and TV Historical Society, organizers said.

“There are great opportunities for Suffolk residents to volunteer their time and talents with these groups, such as helping to give tours, cleaning up hiking trails, and even website design or administering Facebook pages,” Tom Malanga, executive director of the Suffolk County Parks Foundation, said in a statement.
