The Kings Park farmers market will hold its first fall festival on Sunday.

The event will feature a bake-off, Halloween costume parade, pumpkin decorating and other events, organizers said. The festival starts at 9 a.m., with a cooking demonstration and baking contest at 11 a.m. and judging for the bake-off at 1 p.m.

All events are at the municipal parking lot on Route 25A, across the street from the Kings Park firehouse.

The farmers market, organized by Friends & Farmers Inc. and the Kings Park Civic Association, is held each Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., through Nov. 20.
