If you were fortunate to stay in the playoff hunt despite dealing with the hamstring injuries to Knowshon Moreno or were able to buy low on him, you're about to reap the benefits. It has been a bumpy road for the Broncos second-year running back. Moreno suffered a right hamstring injury on the first day of training camp, missed the preseason, and then tore his left hamstring during practice in September.

Moreno missed three games and failed to eclipse 53 yards rushing in three games upon his return. Following a bye, Moreno has looked very good the last two games. He isn't an explosive running back that will break off a long run. His longest run this season is 17 yards.

That doesn't mean he can't help your fantasy team. Moreno has a TD in each of the last two games, including his first career 100-yard rushing game two weeks ago. Even in a blowout loss last week, Moreno rushed for 58 yards on 13 carries and caught seven passes for 62 yards. Moreno is finally healthy and the upcoming schedule is favorable.

Other good Week 12 plays:

Matt Schaub (Texans, QB): Schaub is no longer an automatic start. He has played well the last three games despite one multiple-TD game. The matchup against the Titans is a good one. The Titans have allowed some big games to quarterbacks the last few games and rank 26th against the pass.

Jamaal Charles (Chiefs, RB): Charles owners are frustrated with Thomas Jones, who converted two 1-yard TDs last week after Charles got the ball to the 1. It has been this way all season and it's working for the Chiefs. Still, Charles is capable of exploding any week and is still productive with limited touches averaging 6.1 yards per carry and 11.9 per catch. Don't bail on him.

Mike Tolbert (Chargers, RB): Tolbert was a great play last week and he came through with 25 carries for 111 yards with a TD and two catches for 42 yards. Ryan Mathews, who didn't practice Thursday, is expected to be out again and even if he plays, he likely will be limited and Tolbert will get the goal-line carries. The Colts rank 30th against the run, allowing an average of five yards per carry.

Blair White (Colts, WR): Austin Collie will not play this week and that means a bigger role for White. White had seven targets and caught five passes for 42 yards with two TDs last week. Peyton Manning trusts him and Pierre Garcon is struggling with drops and poor route running. Expect White to see an increase in targets.

Mario Manningham (Giants, WR): Being elevated to the No. 1 wide receiver doesn't always mean production. Manningham will see more attention with Hakeem Nicks and Steve Smith out. Against the Jaguars, who lack a pass rush and good secondary, it won't matter.

Sleepers: Sam Bradford (Rams), Anthony Armstrong (Redskins), Deon Butler (Seahawks), Brandon Gibson (Rams), Bo Scaife (Titans)
