Here are three players worth starting and sitting in your fantasy leagues this week.

Start:

Eli Manning (QB, Giants) -- If Austin Davis (QB, Rams), Kirk Cousins (QB, Redskins), and Chad Henne (former QB, Jaguars) can look good against the porous Eagles defense, Eli might just play like his big brother, Peyton, on Sunday.

Branden Oliver (RB, Chargers) -- The preseason fourth-stringer demonstrated his talent last week and now gets to face the Raiders as the featured back, due to injuries to Ryan Mathews and Donald Brown.

Justin Hunter (WR, Titans) -- The wideout seems to have finally figured out how to use his physicality just in time for a soft matchup against the Jaguars.

Sit:

Tony Romo (QB, Cowboys) -- He's worth starting most weeks, but not when he faces the Seahawks' Legion of Boom.

Matt Asiata (RB, Vikings) -- Asiata's a one-dimensional runner going up against a stout Lions defensive line.

Kelvin Benjamin (WR, Panthers) -- He still lacks consistency heading into a tough matchup against the Bengals.
