Kings Park’s farmers market will hold its last food collection of the year Sunday before it closes for the winter.

Customers are asked to bring canned goods and packaged foods to the manager’s booth at the market, at the municipal parking lot on Church Street and state Route 25A. The food will be donated to the St. Vincent de Paul food pantry at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Kings Park, organizers said.

The market, run by the Kings Park Civic Association and Long Beach-based Friends and Farmers Inc., is open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. It closes Nov. 20.
