Farmers market to open Saturday in Baldwin

The Baldwin Civic Association Inc.’s Potential New Business Committee, in partnership with G&G Long Island Farmers Markets, will hold the grand opening of Baldwin’s first indoor farmers market Saturday.
The Baldwin Farmers Market will be open on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. through April 1. The winter market will be in the Baldwin American Legion Post 246, on 2754 Grand Ave.
Items available for purchase include local fresh produce, eggs, cheese, pastas, baked goods, vegan desserts, coffee, pickles, handmade soaps and all-natural dog treats.
