Fire tears through Painters' Restaurant in Brookhaven
Officials say a fire tore through a Brookhaven restaurant overnight.
Flames were shooting from the back of Painters' Restaurant on South Country Road.
Fire officials tell News 12 Long Island the fire started around 3:30 a.m. and three departments are battling the blaze.
The fire is now under control and no one was hurt. There is no word on what caused the fire.
