Zack Ryder, a former WWE tag-team champion who pays homage to his Long Island roots by forming an “LI” sign with his fingers on his way to the ring, has nearly 75,000 followers and uses Twitter to promote his irreverent YouTube web series, “Z! True Long Island Story.” Ryder is a Merrick native who moved to Long Beach last year.
