Seniors can receive a free wallet-sized identification card Wednesday at the Farmingdale Public Library.

State Sens. Kemp Hannon (R-Garden City) and Charles Fuschillo Jr. (R-Merrick), along with Nassau County Executive Edward Mangano, are hosting the event at the library at 116 Merritts Rd. The program will take place between noon and 4 p.m. and is limited to residents who live in the senators’ districts.

The ID card is for those 60 and older. It will contain personal contact information, a photo, and an emergency contact.
