Sen. Charles J. Fuschillo Jr. (R-Merrick) and the Integrated Medical Foundation will be sponsoring a free prostate cancer PSA test program July 23. Credit: iStock

State Sen. Charles J. Fuschillo Jr. (R-Merrick) and the Integrated Medical Foundation will sponsor a free prostate cancer PSA test program Tuesday from 4 to 6 p.m. at the East Farmingdale Fire Station, 930 Conklin St.

The program is open to men 40 and over who have not previously been diagnosed with prostate cancer, regardless of whether they have insurance. Participants must bring a photo ID and a self-addressed, stamped envelope to be notified of the PSA results. Patients should also bring the name and address of their primary care physician if possible.

Appointments are recommended but walk-ins will be accepted. Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. To schedule an appointment, call 516-882-0630.
