FTW Wrestling on LI

Check out this video put together by fellow Newsday blogger Mark LaMonica, who attended a recent Fight the World wrestling event in Ronkonkoma.

FWT is one of a few Long Island independent wrestling promotions. It features a mix of homegrown talent, special attractions with national name value, like Tommy Dreamer, and longtime NY indie competitors, like their champion, Grim Reefer. I met Reefer years ago and, if I remember correctly, his day job is as a plumber.
