Girls Hoops 3 stars of the night (12/12)

We're going to have a new daily blog item to showcase the top three performances in girls basketball each night.

The 3 stars for Monday 12/12:

Kristen Korzevinski (above) had a career-high 32 points, 17 rebounds and eight assists to lead New Hyde Park to a 54-40 win over Wheatley in non-league.

Alex Hampton had 19 points and nine steals to lead Baldwin over Lynbrook, 58-39, in non-league.

Andrea Tufano had 16 points and 17 rebounds as Hampton Baysin defeated Sayville 50-43 in overtime.
