The 3 Stars for Monday 12/19:

Madeline Nelson had 27 points and five assists in Valley Steam North’s 53-37 non-league win over Lawrence.

Nicole Castaldo had all of her 18 points in the first three quarters and added seven rebounds as Mepham cruised past Westbury, 62-29 in Conference AA-III.

Monique Jones scored a career-high 34 points and had eight steals and six assists as Freeport defeated Syosset 61-42 in Conference AA-I.
