We got career-highs, we got eight-goal games, we got....Girls on Fire.  

  Erika Flowers, Patchogue-Medford - I don't know if anyone had a batter week than her. Flowers scored six goals in a 16-15 OT win over North Babylon (including one to help overcome a two-goal deficit in the first overtime) and scored scored five consecutive goals in a 7-3 second half to key Pat-Med in a 10-9 come-from-behind win over Whitman.

Samantha Apuzzo, West Babylon - It was a great week for Apuzzo, the team's second-leading scorer. She had eight goals in an 18-5 win over Smithtown West and another six goals in a 17-14 win over West Islip. 

Katie Trombetta, Sachem East - Hi-five to the sophomore for scoring a career-high nine goals in a 20-18 overtime win over Smithtown East. She added a team-high four goals in the loss to Bay Shore. 

Nikki Ortega, Middle Country - Ortega scored five goals and one assist...against a team who's allowing an average of 6.33 goals per game in Ward Melville. Middle Country put on a good show, but ultimately lost, 10-9. She added five goals and four assists in a 16-8 win over Connetquot.

Kyra Harney, Bay Shore - Harney had seven goals in the 19-7 win over Half Hollow Hills.

Nicole Levy, East Islip - Levy, a freshman, scored a career-high 11 points (four goals and seven assists) in a 19-3 win over Commack.

Cortney Fortunato, Northport - Fortunato scored four goals and added a whopping nine assists in a 21-12 win over Smithtown East.

Elizabeth Pellechi, Smithtown East - Pellechi had seven goals and three assists in the 17-6 win over Connetquot.

Gabby Bradley, Floyd - The junior scored a career-high 10 points (seven goals and three assists) as Floyd defeated Sachem North 16-5.

Kelsey Hart, North Babylon - She had a career-high 11 points (six goals, five assists) in an 18-9 win over Riverhead and added a six goal, four assist performance against Brentwood.
