Students at one Long Island high school got to see their teacher in the national spotlight today.
John Motchkavitz, of Great Neck South High School, is a finalist in the top teacher search on Live with Kelly and Michael.
"Motch" is the department head for Business/Tech at Great Neck South High School and appeared on the national show Tuesday morning.
He is the only teacher from New York in the top five.
