The message from Aaron Rodgers to Packers Nation before last week's game was to "relax" after Green Bay staggered to a 1-2 start. Rodgers delivered, throwing four touchdowns in a 38-17 win in Chicago last Sunday. But as good as the win was, Minnesota also had a great effort last week, beating the Falcons, 41-28, behind Teddy Bridgewater.

The rookie QB threw for 317 yards and had a rushing TD before leaving in the fourth quarter with an ankle injury. He is listed as questionable. If he's not ready, the Vikings will turn to Christian Ponder (remember him?). The Packers are 1-5-1 against the spread (ATS) in their last seven home games and 4-9-1 in their last 14 games overall. However, the Vikings are 2-6 ATS in their last eight games following a straight-up win.

It's tough to go against the Packers (35-16 ATS in their last 51 vs. NFC North) at home on a short week. Finally, Green Bay is 6-1-1 overall in its last eight games vs. Vikings. Tread softly.

The pick: Packers
