Gymanstics Cancellations

It wouldn't be winter without snow reaping havok on Nassau gymnastics' very best laid plans.

Per last check, all of today's gymanstics meets were cancelled due to snow:

Bethpage at Oceanside

Massapequa at Hicksville

North Shore at South Side

Roslyn at Great Neck South

"We're in a little bit of a crunch right now," said Bethpage coach Kim Rhatigan. "We're all pretty muc trying to figure out where [we can reschedule] time-wise." A number of matches were cancelled after Friday's blizzard that wasn't. Bethpage/Oceanside will be moved to Saturday at 9 a.m., Rhatigan said and, while rescheduling is up to the individual coaches, it's likely that most, if not all, will be moved to Saturday.
