It was Longwood's time to shine at the Suffolk Division championships.

Led by Olivia Hallstein and Qiyanna Hill, the Lions won the Suffolk Division I championship ahead of Northport and two-time defending champion Bay Shore Wednesday.

Hallstein won the 200 meters in 24.69 seconds and took second in the 100 (12.14), while Hill won the discus (116 feet, 2 inches).

It was Longwood's first Division I title since 2007.

The Lions also got a fine performance from Jordyn Holt with a first-place finish in the high jump (5-2) and freshman Nikki Mosby, who took second in the 400 (58.92) to Northport's Sara Ronde (58.41).

Kings Park's 4 x 800 team of Shannon A'Hern, Nicki Cronin, Alex Faggione and Kristen Schultz was instrumental the Kingsmens' run to the Division II championship.

Kings Park, which also received a strong performance from sophomore Kayla Koelbel, who won the pentathlon (2,646 points), finished ahead of North Babylon (81) and Smithtown East (71).

It was the Janet Mellor and Janie Turk show in Division III as Mount Sinai cruised to the D-III championship, beating Bayport-Blue Point and Shoreham-Wading River. Mellor won the 100 (12.34), 100 hurdles (14.92) and 200 (25.34).

Turek matched Mellor with three wins, taking the 800 (2:17.45), 2,000-meter steeplechase (7:26.26) and the 1,500 (4:57.13). Brittany Callahan also made her mark for Kings Park, winning the 3,000 in 10:50.31.

Other notable individual performances include Sachem East's Lisa Luchsinger, who won the Division I 100 (12.07), and Brentwood's Donna Jeanty with a first-place in the 400 hurdles (61.45).

Commack's Allison Stapleton won the Division I steeplechase (7:10.10) and Northport sophomore Suzy Farber took first in the 1,500 walk (6:55.94).

North Babylon's Vanessa Stewart won the Division II shot put (47-6) and discus (125-6) championships and Bay Shore's Jenee-Irene Rogers was the Division I pentathlon champion with 2,578 points.

Shoreham-Wading River's Alyssa Pisani won the Division III pole vault (9-6) title and Glenn freshman Nicole Hamilton was the winner in the Division III 400 meters in 58.54.
