The 2011 Hamptons International Film Festival will kick off on Oct. 13, but Director of Programming David Nugent said the organization tweets festival and film news throughout the year. Coming up: Tweets about summer programming and Nugent will be at the Cannes International Film Festival this week to give followers a sense of “what’s going on at the front lines.”
