Nassau chief Edward Mangano is celebrated his first birthday in office, as you know if you're a friend of any of Mangano's nearly 3,200 Facebook friends. The county exec, who turns 48 today, has gotten dozens of congratulatory notes on his Wall.
Mangano is spending the day with FEMA assessing storm damage in Nassau County, he told his friends.
